About Artisan Principal – Anita C. Marcil

Artisan is spear headed by Anita Marcil who has been involved in the real estate project marketing industry since the early 1990’s. Anita has played key roles in resort, urban and suburban projects in Western Canada and in Mexico that include concrete high rises, wood frame condominiums, townhomes and villas representing more than 1300 residences. Prior to starting Artisan in 2006, Anita was President of Resort Strategies Group Inc., a Calgary-based resort project marketing group, and prior to that has been Vice President of two other recognized Vancouver-based real estate project marketing firms.

Anita is recognized for her creative vision, values-based leadership and high levels of professionalism and commitment to the projects and assignments she and her team undertake.

Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa – Osoyoos, British Columbia, Canada, a four-star Bellstar-developed and managed multi-phased golf and vineyard resort.

Stella High Rise, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Qualex Landmark Group of Companies’ first market entrance into the Calgary development landscape (from Vancouver) and their first of a series of three towers in an attractive inner city location.

Emerald Stone, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The first new high rise in more than 20 years in the Beltline district of Calgary when it was brought forward by Procura Real Estate Services in 2002.

The Laureates at Kerrisdale Station, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Kerrisdale Station Development Group. A significant reposition and re-launch that took the property from 40% sold to 95% sold in less than 1 year and at which was initiated the “Everyman’s Dream Home” promotion in support of prostate cancer research.
